As someone who's dedicated to excellence in business and customer service, just like we are, I thought you'd appreciate knowing about our FREE Legal Advice Clinic.
It's been running for several months and we've enjoyed helping a growing number of people in the community (and across the UK in our wider client base) with their legal issues and problems.
I would love to give you some FREE Legal Advice Clinic cards for you to pass on to anyone you feel needs free expert advice on any of the legal matters highlighted above. I'm sure they'll find the service of great benefit.
You may have several questions regarding this service, so I've tried to answer the most common ones below
Why do we offer this initial advice for FREE unlike most other solicitors?
Quite simply, we offer our FREE Legal Clinic because we understand there are many occasions where people need to know what their options are before they actually want to proceed with any legal matters.
And of course there's no cost or obligation, which means everyone who uses the Legal Clinic can get an informed view before incurring any expense and should they decide to proceed we give them a £50 voucher to put towards the cost of their bill.
Giving FREE and helpful advice also helps us to demonstrate our expertise to people who may not know of us which often gives them confidence to use our services in the future.
Can people use the FREE Legal Advice Clinic more than once?
In a word YES! Anyone can use our FREE Legal Advice Clinic as often as necessary for different legal problems. The Clinic includes advice on matrimonial and family matters, personal injury claims, conveyancing, wills, and probate.
Do people see a lawyer on their own?
The service is totally confidential. Anyone visiting the Clinic simply fills in our "FREE Advice Form", which indicates what area of expertise they need. We then inform one of our specialist legal advisers to meet with them in his or her office.
I don't live in the Midlands and can't easily get to Sutton Coldfield... Can you still help me?
Yes, of course we can! All you need to do is to call us on 0121 240 9115 (and the line is staffed 24 hours per day). Just tell us what the problem is and we will arrange for a "telephone appointment" to go through the exact same process - so you can get free advice in the comfort of your own home without having to come to our offices.
How long does the meeting last?
This does vary depending on how busy we are, but everyone who attends the Clinic will have a minimum of twenty minutes with an expert and more if it's needed. We always make sure there is sufficient time for people to explain their situation, and for their legal adviser to explain all the options.
At what times can people attend the FREE Legal Advice Clinic?
The Clinic operates at our office from Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm
Do people need to make an appointment?
No. People wishing to use the Clinic come during the times specified above and are then seen by one of our experts within 10 minutes (usually sooner).
What happens when someone can't attend during these times?
We know from our research that we can accommodate most people during the times given above. However, if someone can't attend during these times, all they need to do is call the number on the Clinic card 0121 240 9115 and they can arrange their FREE Advice Clinic at a time that suits them best. We give people up to 45 minutes of free legal advice on this basis.
