Aaargh! Welcome to Monday!

Do you ever get that feeling that the world/universe/some evil gremlin has conspired against you to turn your day to mush (polite version)?
 
I got in today to find a tecno-fest of problems... Grrr!
 
Having seemingly sorted these now (just the hour scrambling about when there is an important meeting to prepare for) our phone exchange has decided it is sulking. (So... we've checked all the wires and they are all in the boxes they should be far as we can see; the system is "on"... what now?)
 
So... just waiting for tech support now - they say it'll be an hour despite being only a 2 minute walk away from the office.
